Women’s Circle
It’s rare to find space where you don’t have to be anything for anyone.
The Women’s Circle offers exactly that: a time to exhale, settle, and listen to yourself again.
We begin with grounding and a cacao ceremony, then move gently into meditation, reflection, and conversation before closing with journalling and quiet stillness.
You might arrive tired, thoughtful, energised, or unsure. You may come alone or with friends. However you arrive, you’ll be among women doing the same, showing up and taking time for themselves.
Each circle has a theme, but the purpose stays the same: to leave you feeling grounded, connected, and deeply cared for.
