A systems thinker and business strategist, lover of deep chats and beautiful spaces.

Some people see a complex organisation and don't know where to start. I’m the opposite.

I've spent nearly two decades inside organisations, getting in close, working out what's actually going on, and fixing it.

I've led multi-site operations, built teams from scratch, overseen technology transformations, and served on boards through some genuinely difficult governance moments.

These days I work as an operations and transformation leader, an independent director, and occasionally a strategic advisor to founders navigating growth.
